This is the most important thing you can contact us about. AI API pricing changes constantly and errors creep in. If you spot a stale rate, a wrong per-million figure, or a model that's been deprecated, let us know and we'll fix it fast — usually within 24 hours.
When you email, please include a link to the provider's official pricing page showing the correct rate. That lets us verify and update without delay.

Feature requests. If there's a model, provider, or calculation type you'd like to see added, send it over. We can't promise to build everything, but we read all suggestions and they influence what gets prioritized.
